Yep, this is the wall fragment from my story, Thinking Makes it So, in all its blueish fiery glory.
To make this, I started with a picture of a rock that I took, but the background was a similar color so I had to do a lot of editing and meticulous neatening to make it look right. I made the outer flames via the smudge tool, and the inner flames via liquify. I put glows on nearly everything, including the rock. I can't recall now, but I believe most parts of the image have both inner and outer glows. I tinkered with that a lot.
This is my preview images for chapters 20-29. I have only written up to CH25 at this moment but there will likely be more than thirty chapters.
